   it is very dangerous, but in china, there are a lot of people have engaged in these kinds of jobs, since so many farmers or lay-off workers swarm into the large cities looking for a better chance to earn money since their hometowns are extremely poor at the present,, they are building the city with their labour and sweat, China is experiencing an quick and complex change today with economic development, sometimes, they are very painful and tired ,but they are creating a new future.

   I watched a whole segment on Discovery Atlas: China, about this man who washed windows at night (because the owners of the building said it was to distracting to clean during the day) in Shanghai. He made quadruple what he would have made if he had stayed in his old farming village, but he obviously had to risk life and limb to perform his job. Not only that but he was so far away from his family for the whole year except during Chinese New Year. It was the only time that he got to see his children, wife, and other family members to give them the money he had been saving.
