we have won a rice cooker once…but I haven’t figured out the advantage of a rice cooker above a pan on the stove really. Am I missing some advantage here? Or maybe I have a stupid rice cooker.

I’m not sure, but I know mine cooks just the right amount! Hehe. Sadly, since we moved I can’t find it. I must have shoved it in some box. Hopefully when we actually open some of the boxes in the living room I will find it.
